SMG Senior Community Day – 2026 Vendor/Sponsorships

Friday, May 29, 2026 • 8:30 am – 2:00 pm • Central Wesleyan Church

Platinum Sponsorship: $2,500 (LIMIT 5)

• 1 page colored ad in program
• 2 tables – prime location
• Social media & radio adexposure
• Platinum sponsorship plaque for booth
• Organization name included on all promotional materials
• Prime book location at event – 2 tables!
• Yard sign with sponsorship level
• Recognition at ceremony & door prize giveaway
• Banner display in seminar room

Gold Sponsorship: $1,500

• 1/2 page colored ad in program
• 1 table – prime location
• Social media exposure
• Gold sponsorship plaque for booth
• Organization name included on all promotional materials
• Yard sign with sponsorship level
• Recognition at ceremony & door prize giveaway

Silver Sponsorship: $1000

• 1/4 page colored ad in program

Bronze Sponsorship: $750

SMG Member Booth: $250

• Booth only

Non-SMG Members: $600

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Limited vendor/sponsor space available. We will operate this on a first-come first-serve basis.
2. Vendor space is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed application and full payment.
3. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
4. Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion of the event organizers.
5. Electricity and Wi-Fi access may be available on request but are not guaranteed. Please indicate any needs on your registration form.
6. All displays must be contained within the assigned booth space.
7. Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
8. Aggressive sales tactics, loud music, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
9. The event organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur.
10. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations.
11. Vendors may be featured in event marketing or photographed during the event for promotional purposes.
12. Vendors are welcome to provide giveaways, raffles, or informational materials, as long as items are appropriate for a senior audience.
13. Must bring two $20 gifts for raffle.
14. No glitter or confetti allowed.
