TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Limited vendor/sponsor space available. We will operate this on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Vendor space is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed application and full payment.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion of the event organizers.
- Electricity and Wi-Fi access may be available on request but are not guaranteed. Please indicate any needs on your registration form.
- All displays must be contained within the assigned booth space.
- Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Aggressive sales tactics, loud music, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
- The event organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur.
- No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations.
- Vendors may be featured in event marketing or photographed during the event for promotional purposes.
- Vendors are welcome to provide giveaways, raffles, or informational materials, as long as items are appropriate for a senior audience.
- Must bring two $20 gifts for raffle.
- No glitter or confetti allowed.
