Holland Free Health Clinic (HFHC) exists to meet the basic health needs of underserved adults. Through volunteer-driven collaboration, HFHC implements programs emphasizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle and empowering patients to take control of their health. All services are offered free of charge to a diverse patient population with an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Patients complete a comprehensive intake process to ensure eligibility and awareness of clinic and community resources.
