Annual SMG Senior Community Day – 2024 Vendor/Sponsorship Application
Friday, May 31, 2024 • 8:30 am – 2:00 pm • Central Wesleyan Church

Platinum Sponsorship: $2,500

• 1/2 page colored ad in program
• 2 tables with tablecloth (1 table per floor)
• Social media exposure
• Platinum sponsorship plaque for booth
• Organization name included on all promotional materials
• Prime book location at event – 2 tables!
• Yard sign with sponsorship level
• Recognition at ceremony & door prize giveaway
• Sponsor a seminar room with opportunity to speak for 5 minutes

Gold Sponsorship: $1,500

• 1/4 page colored ad in program
• 1 table with tablecloth
• Social media exposure
• Gold sponsorship plaque for booth
• Organization name included on all promotional materials
• Prime book location at event
• Yard sign with sponsorship level
• Recognition at ceremony & door prize giveaway

Silver Sponsorship: $1000

• 1/8 page colored ad in program
• 1 table with tablecloth
• Social media exposure
• Silver sponsorship plaque for booth
• Prime book location at event

Bronze Sponsorship: $750

• Colored logo in program
• 1 table with tablecloth

SMG Member Booth: $250 ($350 on April 15 and after)

• Booth only
• 1 table with tablecloth

Non-SMG Members: $500

• Booth only
• 1 table with tablecloth

Online Application & Payment Deadline: May 1, 2024
To be included in Print Media: April 15, 2024

• Space is limited. Reservation of booth is ONLY secured by payment online. (smglakeshore.com)
• Booth placement is based on first come basis.
• SMG reserves the right to use photos/video at the event for future advertising use.
• Two door prizes of $20 value each or greater required for all vendors/sponsors.
