Who We Are

Established in 2004, SMG Lakeshore is a collaborative group of professionals committed to serving the senior community through education and networking with the underlying goal of improving the lives of seniors living in our community.  We focus on all aspects of the elderly population needs, from housing, home health services, senior living choices, patient care, financial, professional, and any other services offered to seniors and their care givers. Networking together provides opportunities to build professional relationships that benefit both you and those you serve.  we find that many work together to coordinate individual company events, referrals to other members where there is a need of their services and benefit from colleagues advice where expertise in an area is needed.

Single Agency: $55

Corporate Agency: $100

What We Focus On As A Group

SMG Lakeshore works together with their membership to schedule educational meetings four times a year with guest speakers, organize the and host 2 local community events, The Senior Community  Day and the Parade of Senior Homes.


Our membership is comprised of Marketing/Sales/Admission representatives from any agency involved in senior care or serving the 55+ age group in any way.

The Senior Marketing Group Members have access to the entire membership and are allowed to send information on special events via email to the general membership list. To utilize this service please email Cathy at: cathy_blackburn@yahoo.com


We continue to look for new avenues to reach seniors and welcome new ideas from any Senior Marketing Group member.

Sub Committees


Steering Committee: Responsible for the direction of the Senior Marketing Group. The purpose is to collaborate as a committee to maintain progress toward goals and objectives.

Community Events Committee: Provides, creates and implements events/activities for seniors while promoting awareness of area agencies. Events include: Senior Community Day, Parade of Senior Homes
